Associate Veterinarian - Eastown Veterinary Clinic | Grand Rapids, MichiganJoin a Collaborative, Fear-Free Certified Team in the Heart of Grand Rapids!
Eastown Veterinary Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, small animal practice proudly serving the Eastown neighborhood of Grand Rapids since 2011. Our clinic is rapidly growing and known for setting the bar in relationship-centered, comprehensive care for pets and their people.
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about practicing high-quality medicine while building lasting client relationships.
About Us
At Eastown Veterinary Clinic, we believe in helping pets and owners make the most of every moment together. Our Fear Free Certified team provides exceptional medical, surgical, and behavioral care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Our modern facility includes:
- Updated in-house laboratory and full pharmacy
- Digital and dental radiography
- Ultrasound
- Therapeutic laser
- Dedicated surgical and dental suites
- Four cat-exclusive exam rooms and five dog exam rooms
- Puppy classes and behavioral modification support
What You'll Do
As part of our team, you'll:
- Build rapport with clients through empathy, communication, and education
- Perform thorough physical exams and diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Stay current on advances in veterinary medicine
- Contribute to team development and uphold our high standard of care
- Promote a positive, professional image within the clinic and community
What We're Looking For
- Michigan veterinary license
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and ethics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in making medical decisions and managing your time effectively
