Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, values teamwork, and wants to make a lasting impact on a growing practice.
Ideal candidates will:
- Experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Utah
- Have a passion for mentoring and team development
- Demonstrate strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Enjoy collaborating with hospital leadership
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to advancing standards of care and hospital growth
Previous leadership experience is welcomed but not required for candidates with a strong interest in developing their leadership skills.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
