Nease Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team as we grow from two doctors to three. Job Description

• Join a well-established 2-doctor practice expanding to support our growing patient base
• Full scope of general practice medicine with a strong emphasis on soft tissue surgery
• We're looking for someone who is surgically motivated and excited to grow their surgical skillset — spays/neuters, mass removals, GI surgery, and beyond
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply — we provide mentorship and support to help you build confidence in the surgery suite and in practice
• Collaborative team environment with experienced doctors and support staff invested in your growth

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• DVM from an accredited veterinary school
• Active or eligible veterinary license in Florida
• Genuine interest and motivation toward soft tissue surgery
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians alike are encouraged to apply
