Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $120,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
- ProSal bonus structure paid quarterly

Requirements
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary college
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- DEA license
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Interest in surgery, dentistry, and preventive care
- Fear Free experience preferred but not required. Certification provided by employer. Willingness to abide by Fear Free standards\
- Strong organizational and medical record-keeping skills
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
