Are you a hard working veterinarian looking to practice quality medicine in a supportive, privately owned clinic? Our newly established small animal practice in Waxahachie, just south of the DFW metroplex, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team for general and urgent care.
About Our Practice
We are a new, locally owned and operated small animal clinic focused on building client relationships, outreach in the community and providing exceptional patient care with client education. Our culture values collaboration between vets and staff members, integrity, and maintaining a positive work-life balance.

Our facility offers:
Modern diagnostic equipment (digital radiography, in-house IDEXX lab equipment, ultrasound, endoscopy)
Dedicated surgery suite and dental station
Experienced, supportive technician and receptionist team
Ability to build a reputation with new clients
A positive, drama-free work environment
Future addition of large animal facilities
What We’re Looking For
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
Texas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and client education skills
Interest in preventative care, internal medicine, dentistry, and surgery
Experienced veterinarian and new graduates
What We Offer
Competitive base salary ($100K-$150K)
Part-time/Full-time option (2-5 days/week)
Preferred work schedule available
No after-hours emergency call
Paid CE allowance and CE days
Professional dues & license coverage

- DVM Degree or ability to attain one within 1 year
- DEA license
