Clearview Animal Hospital seeks a full-time associate veterinarian to join our beautiful, independently owned practice in charming Snohomish, WA.
About the Practice
Our, private two-doctor, four LVT practice is growing steadily, and we seek two more associate veterinarians to handle our existing client base. Our clinic is open 5 days a week, (M – F), and we’re closed Saturday and Sunday. Shifts typically run 10 hours/day. Appointments are set at 30 minutes. No single doctor days as we like to support each other. Other perks include digital x-rays, ultrasound, full in-house labs, dental x-rays, and therapy laser.
Benefits
As a member of our team, you’ll receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k, CE, and clothing allowance. You’ll also receive 3 weeks paid vacation. No overnight patient boarding or on-call emergencies. 1 week off for CE, and $2,500 for CE, licenses, dues (AVMA, WSVMA, PLIT), etc. Open to negotiation for relocation expenses. New grads encouraged to apply. Surgical mentorship can be provided.
About the Area
In Snohomish, WA you are just a stone’s throw from beautiful stretches of farmland, or an hour’s drive from downtown Seattle as well as an hour’s drive from all the mountains, hiking, and camping you can handle. Downtown Snohomish offers walkability to local restaurants, bars, cafes, and a multitude of shops. The 30 mile Centennial Trail is a popular destination for pedestrians and cyclists. As far as the clinic itself goes, it's located on a beautiful, wooded lot, with plenty of privacy and space for patients to stretch their paws!
What we Believe
At Clearview Animal Hospital, we understand that in every interaction, there are three integral components. Genuine patient care. Effective client education. And a tight-knit team of committed professionals. With all three components working in concert, we believe we create the conditions for a thriving practice and thriving community.
That’s why our mission is: 1) to be the standard-bearer of animal care for each patient, every day; 2) to educate clients and empower them to make informed decisions about their cherished companions; and 3) to nurture and cultivate a team that elevates vet med.
Who we Are
It’s part of our mission to foster a workspace where both clients and staff observe professionalism and respect for one another. We do not tolerate bullying or abusive behavior from clients, as it’s very important for our team to perform their best for our patients in a distraction free environment. It’s also part of our mission to continually learn and grow as professionals, to drive toward improvement and change, and to keep our heads up in the face of complicated or unfamiliar situations.
