The Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) is seeking a distinguished individual to provide leadership as the Director for Veterinary Admissions.

The Director of Veterinary Admissions will report to the Associate Dean for Veterinary Academic and Student Affairs and provide leadership in DVM Admissions and Recruitment. This individual will provide academic and admissions advising; oversee admissions and recruitment for the DVM Program; review, develop and implement recruitment and admissions processes and strategies; and variably oversee special degree programs. Although the position is predominantly administrative, the successful candidate will be encouraged to engage productively in scholarly activities in teaching, research, or service

REQUIRED

Master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Leadership or managerial experience

Efficient, productive, and experienced user of Microsoft Office or equivalent software and Virtual Meeting Platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communications efficiently and effectively
