Hanford Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Small Animal Associate Veterinarian.
Hanford Veterinary Hospital has been a part of the Hanford community for 75 years. We are a 6 doctor progressive practice. We have been AAHA accredited since 1972 and the only AAHA accredited hospital in Kings County. We are willing to provide mentorship to new graduates and encourage graduates to seek further development in their particular areas of interest.
Five years ago we moved into a new, 8,000 square foot, state of the art facility with room for expansion that is open Monday through Friday. This facility allows us to provide emergency services during normal operating hours, as well as, soft tissue, orthopedic, and dental surgery. In house IDEXX lab equipment and ultrasound is available to allow for advanced diagnostics. Veterinarians at our practice routinely manage complex internal medicine, cardiac, and dermatology cases. Veterinarians also have the ability to utilize acupuncture, chiropractic, laser therapy and cryotherapy on site.

About Hanford Veterinary Hospital
The veterinary profession isn’t like any other—it’s the only field predicated on the love of a patient who can’t tell you what’s hurting and can only look to you for help. It takes a special kind of person to do that job, or the jobs supporting that job. NVA doesn’t create those special people—we find them, cultivate them, and give them resources and opportunities to do what only they can do. Whether treating patients, managing a pet resort, or serving hospitals from NVA’s Support Center, NVA’s animal professionals are caring people, united by a love of animals. NVA is proud to honor that connection and is committed to serving our team members by providing them with the tools, support, and freedom to be the professionals they’ve always wanted to be.
