Over the last several decades, Missoula Veterinary Clinic has evolved as the Missoula area has grown and flourished. We are proud of the progress we have made as a practice and a member of the Missoula community, and now we need a leader that is ready to take us into a new era. Missoula needs a leader who is eager to build on the successes of the past, understands how to tackle the challenges that we face, and chart a vision for the future of the practice. Missoula’s team is a blend of experienced staff who have helped to establish the culture and new team members that are ready to make their own mark on the practice. As the hospital prepares to revamp the facility we need somebody to help influence how that plan should take shape and establish a high level of medical care for our patients. This role requires a leader ready to meet these challenges head on and take a great practice to new heights.
Once a two-doctor practiced focused on livestock, Missoula Veterinary Clinic is now a thriving six-doctor companion animal practice. While the practice has evolved to fit the needs of its clients, our commitment to community has remained constant. We take pride in our community and make an effort to support it where we can. Missoula Veterinary Clinic strongly believes in paying it forward, and we act on those values through various mentorship and sponsorship programs. Our culture of benevolence and community outreach is a firm foundation to build a modern vision of what this practice could look like.

About National Veterinary Associates (NVA)
The veterinary profession isn’t like any other—it’s the only field predicated on the love of a patient who can’t tell you what’s hurting and can only look to you for help. It takes a special kind of person to do that job, or the jobs supporting that job. NVA doesn’t create those special people—we find them, cultivate them, and give them resources and opportunities to do what only they can do. Whether treating patients, managing a pet resort, or serving hospitals from NVA’s Support Center, NVA’s animal professionals are caring people, united by a love of animals. NVA is proud to honor that connection and is committed to serving our team members by providing them with the tools, support, and freedom to be the professionals they’ve always wanted to be.
