For you the practice owner, our firm is able to increase employee retention due to a unique program based on both my expertise in coaching and recruiting. It's called the Veterinary Retention Program. It helps you, the owner, maintain your high level of clinical excellence and customer service, gives you that competitive advantage in the market place and most importantly, keep staff.
