The Hospital Manager works in conjunction with the Medical Director and Practice Ownership to provide optimum workflow efficiency and highest standards of patient care and client service.

Experience in a management/leadership role required
Veterinary Experience as a CVPM preferred
Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients, and colleagues
Be capable of recruiting, onboarding, and training veterinary staff
Be familiar with OSHA and DEA requirements
Be able to review, analyze and strategically plan from findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements
Have experience in team building, conducting performance reviews, addressing staff concerns, and know when to escalate issues for additional support
Have excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude, serving as the example for the team
Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, clients, and vendors
