We are currently a 3 doctor practice and almost three years into our recently constructed state-of-the-art 3600 sq. ft. free standing building. A beautiful modern facility with digital radiography, laser therapy, dentistry, large three bay treatment area, dedicated surgical suite with anesthetic monitoring equipment, full compliment of Abaxis laboratory equipment, and fully computerized using Avimark veterinary management software. All of this complimented by an excellent support staff. Wellington is a wonderful suburban town in western Palm Beach County, and is considered the Equestrian Capital of the World. Our clientele is fairly affluent consisting of mostly middle and upper class. We have an influx of seasonal and equestrian clientele, but we no longer experience any non-seasonal lulls in business. Amazing housing and recreational options in the area, and the local school systems are top-notch. Just 30 minutes to South Florida beaches, 2 hours to Orlando, and 75 minutes to Miami and the Keys. We are a small animal/avian/exotic practice in the heart of a seasonal equestrian community. We stay busy throughout the year with no more off season lulls. Our clientele is fairly affluent consisting of mostly middle and upper class. We are currently a 3 doctor practice that transitioned from a 1300 sq. ft. strip mall space to a 3600 sq. ft. brand new, free standing, state of the art facility in November 2018; and a former partner/key associate phase out in the next year.
