We are hiring a full time associate at St. Francis' Pet Hospital in Darby, Montana.  We opened this location in February of 2020 and have received a very enthusiastic  & warm welcome to the valley.  The practice is privately owned, with three additional locations in central Indiana. We focus on canine and feline medicine, but have seen goats, alpacas, the occasional horse and pocket pets because who doesn't like a little variety from time to time?!   This is a young practice and the possibilites are endless should associate want to explore mixed animal or exotic medicine.  Client education and satisfaction are a top priority for us and the clinic has a modern surgical suite, lab equipment, radiography equipment, etc.

We offer a collaborative team environment and know the importance of work-life balance, an average work week is 30-36hrs with no after hours expectations and Saturdays can be optional.  Base salary is $70k-$100k (comensurate with experience) and we have a bonus structure that is second to none.  Signing bonus, relocation assistance, temporary housing, CE/licensing fees, paid vacation, health care, and retirement are all part of the package.

The town of Darby is absolutely charming and sits at the southern tip of the Bitterroot Valley. If you are familiar with Yellowstone (the tv show) it is filmed just a few miles from our front door.  The valley offers year round recreational opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts.  World class fly fishing, skiing, pristine lakes, mountains to hike and so much more.  Missoula is only about an hour away.
