Our Practice

Commencement Bay Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital providing comprehensive pet healthcare services in Tacoma, WA. Our veterinarians offer a wide variety of medical, surgical and dental services. Our hospital has advanced equipment and technologies, including comprehensive in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, surgical suite, dental suite, and a pharmacy. We are committed to providing quality care at every stage of your pet's life. From routine preventive care to early detection and treatment of a wide range of conditions and diseases, we have the expertise to provide the highest standard of care for your pet. We also serve Pierce county, King county, and Vashon Island.

The Position

We are looking for a small animal, general practice veterinarian to join our growing team! New graduates are encouraged to apply!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced setting seeing both appointments and providing surgical procedures.  We are actively looking for a go-getter candidate who is willing to jump into practice and establish lasting bonds with patients, clients and staff alike!

 

 Job Requirements:

  • Washington license or Pending license to practice Veterinary Medicine
  • AVMA accredited DVM/VMD degree
  • DEA license

 

 

NOTES:
Employer will assist with relocation costs.

Additional Salary Information: We offer competitive compensation and an awesome work environment.  Guaranteed base salary + production, health benefits, DVM benefits such as VIN membership, CE, DEA/License, PAID TIME OFF, $5000 CE Bonus, and MORE!
