Pet Medical Center in Fresno, CA is seeking a Managing Veterinarian or Associate Veterinarian to come on-board as a team member and leader for our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a leadership position. We welcome both experienced Managing Veterinarians and Associate Veterinarians to apply. About us: Pet Medical Center is a 4 doctor full service, progressive veterinary practice. Our facility is a standalone veterinary hospital that boasts plenty of space and high quality equipment. We offer our clients and patients a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor, climate controlled boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas. We also offer doggie daycare, training and grooming. Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus monthly percentage of gross, contributions toward medical, dental, and vision. We also offer 401k, AVMA dues, CE allowance, paid holidays and vacations. **A partnership opportunity is available!** Job Summary The Managing Veterinarian is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing Associate Veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Managing Veterinarian is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Managing Veterinarian is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of Divisional Leadership.
