We are seeking an associate veterinarian for our four doctor practice just outside Baltimore City. Average of 37.5 hours/week including every other Saturday, 2 week nights/week. No Sunday or on-call hours (hospital closes by 7:30pm each week day, Saturdays close at 4:00pm). New graduates encouraged! 

Anne Arundel Veterinary Hospital is a well-equipped small animal practice that uses Cornerstone, Idexx (in-house and reference lab), digital radiology and digital dental radiology, cold laser therapy, and video otoscope. We work regularly with a boarded radiologist to perform ultrasounds and echocardiograms in house. We perform various soft tissue surgeries, dental surgery and limited orthopedic procedures. We have great working relationships with our local specialists and emergency centers. We pride ourselves on having a healthy work environment with built in lunch and dinner breaks for both the support staff and the doctors.

Located near: Annapolis and Washington D.C., fishing and crabbing in the Chesapeake Bay, the beaches and boardwalks of Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

We are proud to work with BARCS, the downtown Baltimore animal shelter, seeing a handful of cases each week. We also provide health care for several law enforcement agencies which is in itself very interesting work.

We have been serving the community for over 60 years and have a well-established client base.
