Brockway-Brown Veterinary Clinic is seeking to hire 1-2 full-time associates to join our mixed animal practice in Southwest MN. There are two clinics, one in Tracy and the other in Lamberton. We do 60% small animal work and 40% large animal work with the majority of the large animal being beef cattle. We also see equine, small ruminants and swine.
We are looking for an associate that is interested in all aspects of a mixed practice but a lot of their time would involve small animal appointments and surgeries. Equine interest would be a plus as the equine side of the practice has opportunity for growth. Food animal cases could be split between associates depending on interest. On call duty is split three ways. Collaboration/consulting between doctors is welcomed and encouraged. Mentoring is part of the practice culture.
The clinic is equipped with in-house hematology, chemistry, a dental station, gas anesthesia, digital radiography and autoclave. Large animal equipment includes ultrasound, portable Silencer chute and a PowerFloat system. The digital x-ray can be mobile.
The work environment is family friendly and focuses on a team approach. We have excellent support staff, including two certified CVTs.
